About this role
Presbyterian Healthcare Services is hiring newly graduated and newly licensed Registered Nurses for a year-long Transition to Practice Nurse Residency Program across hospitals in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe, NM. Residents are hired full-time "in training" with benefits and participate in clinical rotations across units such as critical care, emergency, med/surg, pediatrics, NICU and operating room. The program supports early-career development with continuing education credits, tuition/certification reimbursement options, and mentorship to build a strong nursing foundation.
