About this role

The RN New Grad Resident is a bedside nursing position within the Cardiovascular Surgery ICU (CSICU) and Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital. This role places new graduate RNs in a one-year accredited nurse residency program focused on cardiothoracic and vascular care. It involves caring for pre- and post-operative cardiac, thoracic and vascular patients as well as diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization cases.
