Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is hiring a New Graduate RN Resident for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. This role is part of a one-year accredited Nurse Residency program designed to support transition into acute inpatient critical care while working with an assigned success coach. The position is a rotating day/night bedside nursing role serving complex, high-acuity patients and engaging with patients and families in a Magnet-recognized hospital environment.
