About this role
A Nurse Resident is a new graduate registered nurse enrolled in a structured Nurse Residency Program at Highland Park Hospital that supports transition to competent clinical practice. The program provides a two-phase, accredited curriculum emphasizing disease-specific care, professional development, mentorship, and clinical guidance during the first year of practice. This is a full-time, rotating days/nights position with weekend and holiday coverage.
