A New Graduate RN Residency at Denver Health is a 12-month accredited program that supports newly licensed nurses with monthly education classes and hands-on clinical experiences to ease the transition from student to practicing nurse. The program is designed to build on nursing education knowledge and skills while placing new nurses across a variety of inpatient and emergency units at the main Denver campus. Participants are hired into full-time, part-time, or intermittent roles and are integrated into Denver Health’s mission-driven academic health system.
