About this role
The Nurse Navigator for the Thoracic Surgery service line provides patient navigation across the continuum of care, focusing on patients identified through low-dose CT lung screening who meet incidental nodule criteria. The role coordinates initial and follow-up treatments by collaborating with providers and the care team. The position is scheduled 32 hours per week during daytime hours with no weekend requirement.

Qualifications
