About this role
Registered Nurse for a 26-bed Observation Unit providing care for short-term (8–48 hour) medical-surgical and postoperative patients. The position is a night-shift role (7 pm–7 am) at Nebraska Medicine with weekend and holiday rotation. The unit treats conditions such as chest pain, asthma, abdominal pain, kidney stones and minor infections, and manages postoperative overnight stays.
