RN On Call (Box Elder/Cache Valley)

The On-Call RN provides after-hours clinical support to home health patients, caregivers, and field clinicians in the Box Elder and Cache Valley areas. This role involves triaging patient and clinician calls, determining appropriate interventions, and coordinating urgent visits or physician notifications as needed. The position requires a licensed Registered Nurse with home health experience to ensure timely and effective clinical decision-making outside of regular business hours.
