The Registered Nurse - Baylor Plan (BP) works in designated inpatient specialty areas and is primarily scheduled on weekends, receiving elevated compensation and full-time benefits eligibility under the Baylor Plan. The role is equivalent in requirements and scope to an RN 2, providing nursing care across the lifespan for patients with simple to complex, multi-system issues. The position reports to the Director or Nurse Manager and may include supervision of licensed nursing assistants and unlicensed personnel.
