Registered Nurse for a 27‑bed acute inpatient Orthopedics and Neuro/Trauma unit at Carilion Clinic. This full‑time position supports care for orthopedic, neuro/trauma, and occasional general surgery, urology, and medicine patients across day, evening, and night shifts. The role is based at the Roanoke facility and is part of the clinical nursing team.
