Registered Nurse for Carilion Clinic’s 27-bed acute inpatient Orthopedics and Neuro/Trauma unit in Roanoke. The unit also serves as an alternate for urology, general surgery, and medicine patients. Full-time position covering day, evening, and night shifts in a hospital inpatient setting.
