The RN- Outpatient role coordinates clinical activities and nursing care for patients undergoing radiation therapy across three Highlands Radiation Oncology Departments. The position ensures smooth clinic operations, maintains a safe environment, and assesses patients' physical and emotional needs. The role involves educating patients and families about treatment side effects and departmental procedures, while exercising clinical judgment and collaborating with the healthcare team.
