BAYADA’s Nurse Residency Program is a paid, accredited residency for new nursing graduates (scheduled or passed NCLEX) focused on home health care. The program includes a 6-week paid training period with simulation labs and paid shadowing, then transitions to flexible scheduling with cases matched near the resident’s home. Residents receive weekly pay and benefits and have access to 24/7 clinical support.
