RN Patient Care Navigator – Stroke Program at Evanston Hospital. This is a per diem role with 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) supporting the hospital's comprehensive stroke program as part of Endeavor Health's neurosciences team. The position is intended for experienced acute care RNs with required stroke-related certifications.
