RN Patient Flow Coordinator

The RN Patient Flow Coordinator oversees and optimizes patient movement throughout the hospital, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely transitions of care. Working under the Director of Nursing Quality and Excellence, the role collaborates with nursing units, providers, case management, bed management, the ED, procedural areas, and ancillary departments to reduce bottlenecks and maintain appropriate capacity.
