About this role
A Registered Nurse (RN) 2 is a licensed clinical nurse who provides patient-centered care for population-specific patients with varying complexity in a hospital unit. The role supports continuity of care across the lifespan, collaborates with families and multidisciplinary teams, and adheres to professional and organizational nursing standards. The RN reports to the Nurse Manager or Director and may participate in supervision and orientation of other nursing staff.
