RN Quality Coordinator

This role coordinates interdisciplinary peer review activities, Focused Professional Practice Evaluations (FPPE), and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE) for the MercyOne Medical Staff. The position involves retrieving data from hospital information systems and EHRs to conduct retrospective quality and safety reviews while facilitating committee meetings. The coordinator works closely with department chairs and quality leaders to ensure external peer review services are managed effectively.
