RN - Registered Nurse - Hospital at Home

This Registered Nurse role is part of Geisinger’s Hospital at Home program, based out of the Hughes Center, providing community-based acute, medical-surgical care to patients in their homes. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with evening 12-hour shifts and requires travel throughout the central region using a company vehicle. The RN works closely with interdisciplinary teams and participates in patient transitions, care coordination, and quality initiatives. Two years of RN experience is required.
