HSHS is hiring nursing students and newly graduating nurses for a pathway role that can start as a Nurse Extern II during the final semester and transition into a New Grad Registered Nurse position upon licensure. The position is based at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Effingham, Illinois, within the Medical/Surgical area, and is designed to support entry into a professional nursing career. It is a full-time night-shift role with weekend/holiday rotation and includes a sign-on bonus for approved units.
