The RN Resident participates in a 12-month Nurse Residency Program designed to support new graduate RNs (less than 6 months of experience) transitioning into professional practice. The role involves completing system and specialty onboarding while providing supervised nursing care aligned with Wellstar standards and developing clinical competencies.
