About this role
The Resource Nurse at Elliot Health System’s Emergency Department serves as the first-line clinical resource on a designated unit and shift, providing direct patient care and guiding other staff. The role supports smooth real-time operations of the 42-bed Level II Trauma Center ED, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and outcomes. This position is based onsite and works rotating 12-hour evening/night shifts (7p-7a every other week).

Qualifications
