- CPR or BLS Certification
- NYS Authorization as Polysomnographic Technologist
- NYS Authorization as Respiratory Therapist
- NYS Authorization as Respiratory Therapy Technician
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) - obtain within 2 years
- NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - obtain within 1 year
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - obtain within 1 year
