RN Supervisor

The RN Supervisor works under the ER Nursing Director to manage trauma data and performance improvement while coordinating trauma care services to ensure compliance with designated standards. This role serves as a resource and consultant for trauma patient care across the hospital and coordinates continuing educational activities. The position also involves assisting with staffing and taking rotating manager call as needed.
