RN Surgery Center Coordinator/Charge-Circulator

The Nurse Coordinator plans and provides professional nursing services and standards of practice in accordance with the level of experience and education, state board of nursing, and established policies and procedures. The role integrates the art, science, leadership, and knowledge of nursing clinical practice through relationship-centered, compassionate, ethical, and respectful direct and indirect healthcare services. The position requires maintaining a working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance programs to ensure safe work practices and ethical behavior.
