RN Transplant Coordinator

The RN Transplant Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the full spectrum of transplant patient care, from initial referral and candidate evaluation to in-hospital management and recovery. This position requires advanced clinical expertise to coordinate multidisciplinary rounds, facilitate stakeholder communication, and oversee comprehensive patient education. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining critical data, initiating research protocols, and providing 24-hour call support for donor and recipient issues.
