The RN, Trauma Registrar/Outreach is a registered nurse who leads the hospital’s trauma registry program and serves as the subject matter expert for trauma-related data and reporting. The role supports accreditation and regulatory reporting to state and national agencies and collaborates with Trauma Program leadership to ensure programmatic integrity. This position is based at Cook Children’s Medical Center-Prosper and works across departments to support the trauma center’s designation and performance.
