RN Wound Clinic

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients with acute and chronic wounds in an outpatient wound care center. As an integral member of the interdisciplinary wound care team, the RN collaborates with physicians and clinical staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes through clinical assessment, wound management, patient education, and care coordination. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, supporting clinic productivity, and ensuring compliance with established clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
