Under the general supervision of the Director and Clinical Manager, this role is responsible for providing quality patient care using the nursing process and directing other nursing staff on the assigned unit and shift. The employee manages patient assessments, coordinates bedside care, administers medications, and ensures continuity of care through effective communication with physicians, families, and other departments. The position may require call back and overtime as needed by the hospital.
