RNAC MDS Coordinator

The RNAC MDS Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the development and completion of resident assessments in accordance with state requirements and facility policies. This role focuses on promoting the physical and emotional well-being of nursing facility residents by creating and reviewing care plans and analyzing financial coverage. The coordinator utilizes the Resident Assessment Instrument to gather information and implement strategies that comply with Medicare requirements and ethical standards.
