About this role
The Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) works under the direction and direct supervision of the surgeon to provide first-assist surgical support and perioperative patient care. The RNFA collaborates with the surgical team to support optimal patient outcomes across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
