Roadside Assistance Driver - Battery

The Battery Service Tech supports the battery program by providing safe, best-in-class roadside service solutions for AAA members, including jump starts, flat tire replacements, and vehicle entries. This role involves responding to member requests within a given ETA, ensuring member safety, and educating members on vehicle issues. The position also requires testing and replacing batteries, performing roadside diagnostics, and promoting AAA products and services to achieve performance standards and member satisfaction.
