Roadside Assistance Driver - Battery

The Battery Service Tech supports the battery program by providing safe, best-in-class roadside service solutions for AAA members, including jump starts, flat tire replacements, and vehicle entries. This role ensures member safety and satisfaction by responding to service requests within the estimated time of arrival and educating members on vehicle issues. The position involves testing and replacing batteries, performing roadside diagnostics, and promoting AAA products and services.
