About this role
As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you will be part of the Emergency Roadside Assistance team, providing essential services to AAA members during vehicle breakdowns. This role is critical in ensuring member safety and satisfaction, as you will be troubleshooting and resolving vehicle issues to get members back on the road. You will operate service and tow trucks, provide various vehicle services, and ensure fulfillment of customer service expectations.
