Roaming Head Chef

The Roaming Head Chef role is primarily based at The Hesketh Arms, supporting the post-refurbishment opening with a required start date of 26th October 2026 for a two-week training period. This position involves collaborating on the main menu, controlling weekly specials, and providing leadership across multiple sites within a group of premium pubs. The role focuses on delivering high-quality food and drink in a fresh-food environment while developing and coaching the team to achieve excellence.
