The Robot Delivery Specialist in Miami is responsible for preparing, deploying, retrieving, and maintaining delivery robots as part of Coco’s 24/7 operations. This role includes transporting robots to partner locations, conducting basic maintenance, performing functional checks, and executing last-mile deliveries when necessary. Additionally, the specialist will utilize the Field Operations App to track tasks, communicate with central operations and hardware teams, and ensure all procedures are followed for efficient operation.
