Robotic Weld Operator

The Robotic Weld Operator is responsible for safely and accurately loading componentry into weld tooling to produce welded trailer sub-assemblies while ensuring proper part orientation and quality. This role involves operating robotic machinery, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The position requires effective communication with team leaders and shift peers to address issues and facilitate smooth hand-offs.
