The Robotic Welding Engineer serves as the technical subject matter expert for all robotic welding operations, responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining automated welding processes to ensure world-class quality, productivity, and safety. This role leads process development for new product introductions, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and supports Design for Manufacturability while resolving complex manufacturing challenges. The position provides technical leadership for robotic welding and mentors technicians and engineers without direct supervision of production personnel.
