Skild.ai builds general-purpose robotic intelligence — a unified, "omni-bodied" brain designed to control many robot types and tasks in the physical world. Their platform provides core capabilities like navigation in unstructured environments, mobile manipulation (grasping, handover, locomotion) and dexterous skills, exposed via APIs so developers can build applications without handling low-level robotics. They commercialize these capabilities in products such as security/inspection robots, mobile manipulation platforms, and autonomous packing to automate dangerous or repetitive work. Skild is backed by notable investors including Sequoia, General Catalyst, and Felicis.
