About this role

The Robotics Field Operations Technician at Serve Robotics is responsible for the technical maintenance and operational support of the sidewalk robot fleet. This role includes troubleshooting and repairing robots, monitoring their performance in the field, assisting with deployment, and providing feedback to engineering teams. The technician also manages inventories, logs repair activities in Jira, and supports retail staff and customers during delivery operations, ensuring operational efficiency and brand image. The position is onsite in Surrey, BC, and requires 1–3 years of relevant technical experience.
