About this role

The Robotics Field Service Engineer is responsible for on‑site and remote technical support of Formic's deployed robotic manufacturing cells, performing preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance. The role involves diagnosing failures, restoring production, documenting service activities, and collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure system reliability and safety.
