The Robotics Lead Technician programs and supports robotic weld machines and other programmable equipment to ensure products meet functional goals and production schedules. The role provides technical expertise for integration, programming, service, and process improvements of robotic cells and reports to the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer Weld/Paint at Baxter’s Batesville manufacturing site.
