A Room Attendant/Housekeeper responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order and presentation of guest rooms and corridors across AM and PM shifts. The role supports guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms meet brand standards, reporting maintenance or equipment issues, and following hotel policies and procedures. It also assists with inventory, minibar restocking, and lost & found handling as needed.
