Room Service Amenity Coord.

The Room Service Amenity Coordinator is responsible for accurately receiving and processing guest amenity orders, supervising their production, and ensuring high-quality standards for both internal and external customers. This role involves managing the conceptual aspects of the business, including style, ambiance, and menu offerings, while also overseeing Health & Safety requirements. The coordinator works closely with food production, dining room, and bar staff to plan special events and ensure staff are well-versed in hospitality menus and wine lists. Additionally, the role includes forecasting workload, preparing schedules, and maintaining par levels for all amenity items.
