Rooms Division Manager

This role is responsible for the short and long-term planning and day-to-day operations of the rooms division and related areas at a hotel property. The position involves managing the annual budget, implementing business plans, and overseeing the hiring, training, and development of associates. The incumbent ensures high levels of guest satisfaction, manages security procedures, and may assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence.
