Rooms Leader in Development

The Rooms Leader-in-Development (LID) program is a 12-month training initiative designed to develop recent graduates into successful managers within their chosen division. Participants will work 40 hours per week in their assigned department while completing 10 hours of learning commitments focused on general hotel operations and division-specific functions. The role involves overseeing staff performance, managing scheduling and payroll, and ensuring all front office and housekeeping operations meet Omni Hotels standards.
