Rostering Officer

The Rostering Officer will coordinate and administer the rostering function, delivering draft and final rosters in line with the Sydney Opera House Enterprise Agreement, maintaining shift coverage and payroll administration. The role ensures efficient scheduling of variable labour staffing across multiple business areas and supports accurate remuneration of staff on variable rosters.
