About this role
ION’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) in Tokyo is a rotational program for outstanding 2026 graduates to begin a career in a global FinTech firm. Over 18 months, participants complete three 6-month rotations across core business areas and then move into a deeper specialization within one division. The program is designed to build broad exposure to ION’s products, customers, and operations while preparing participants for longer-term leadership growth.
