Route Coordinator

The Route Coordinator provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers by utilizing a computer routing system and collaborating with route drivers. This role involves organizing driver routes for efficiency, completing various reports, and scheduling deliveries to customer sites. The position also requires maintaining customer accounts and coordinating with the Customer Service Representative and MDM Team to ensure quality service and prompt setup for new customers.
