Route Removal Technician

Edgeworks Climbing is seeking a Route Removal Technician to support the Routesetting department by preparing the facility for daily climbing operations. This role involves removing routes and boulder problems, washing and sorting holds, and maintaining routesetting resources and gear. The position requires working at height using rope suspension systems and ladders, as well as adhering to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for staff and climbers.
