The Right-of-Way (ROW) Inspector is a contracted field position responsible for serving as a technical resource to ensure the safety, compliance, and integrity of construction and utility work within the City of Deltona’s public right-of-way. The role supports public infrastructure preservation, enforces municipal regulations, and coordinates with contractors, citizens, and Public Works staff. This position is focused on maintaining high-quality development and upholding city standards through oversight and coordination.
